A Painless Experience

I had already identified the car that I wanted several months ago, and was waiting for the right one to appear on the market. On arrival, I headed direct to the car of my choice - Jay was with me immediately (but not over bearing). I had an immediate level of honesty from Jay in relation to the history of the vehicle (which I had already conducted a background check). Jay was more than accommodating with the time I took to thoroughly go over the vehicle. I was happy to pay and drive the vehicle away on the day, but there was a small detail of work needed, of which Jay immediately said they would accommodate - So I paid a 10% deposit, and picked the car up a week later. On picking up the car, while we finalised the paperwork (including Jay sorting out the TAX online for us - Easy enough, but even more so when someone does it for you ;) ) - Jay requested that the guys wash over the car again for me. To this point, I have interrogated the ECU (No Faults, or pending issues) - I have gone over the entire workings of the car.
