Bought a vehicle from Andy at Regency Car Sales which had a strange noise when driving over 40mph. I queried this on the test drive and was told that it was normal with all Nissan's. Within a couple of weeks, the gearbox broke and the mechanics said it'd have completely apparent that this was the case. He also quoted in my report that it had been recently investigated due to the oil and some bolts changed. They also reported oil leaks, unsafe tyres fitted incorrectly and brake fully warn down despite being told they'd just been changed along with the discs. They also were warped! Andy refused to assist in any way and became very unpleasant in his manner advising me not to leave any bad reviews. After considering all the facts, I feel it's prudent to share my experience in an effort to stop this happening to anybody else. I know somebody else who purchased a car from Regency Cars Online and never had any issues so Andy obviously does sell quality vehicles but maybe he should be a bit more diligent with his aftercare. I'm not complaining unjustly, Andy lied to me on several occasions and was very intimidating when confronted with the evidence. I'm not happy at all and more than £1200 out of pocket!
