Review of recent vehicle purchase

We recently purchased our new vehicle from the Car Store Stoke office and we were helped throughout by Gavin and Brandon. The service was first class. Gavin ensured that all issues were resolved quickly and corrected a couple of minor problems relating to the vehicle in good time. The team is made up of a number of ex soldiers and the team spirit there is excellent. We love our new car and we would recommend the branch to other customers. Brandon has just started in this new role but with his excellent communication skills and the help of Gavin and the team he will progress well. I can be a little pro active when it comes to wanting quick results but Gavin dealt with me well and I respect that. Thanks guys. Dave and Sonja Whittaker
