Appalling customer service

Brand new jeep Cherokee bought in December 18 from Motor Village Croydon. 3 weeks the car is smelling of burning the clutch didn’t work and I was on the A3 it took a week to sort picking car up to the dealership atrocious service nobody no anything!!! For me the above issues are serious which they say that they can’t see anything wrong which I don’t buy the point is that this shouldn’t be happening in a new car!!!
