Terrible customer service

We called into Warrington Jag Centre on a Saturday afternoon on the 1st June in our F type with a view to changing it for a F pace. There were no customers and no sales staff just a bored looking receptionist and a saleswoman who is the first unenthusiastic car sales person we have ever met.She wasn’t prepared to look at our car to give us a valuation or show us anything in the forecourt.I asked where were the rest of the staff and she said it was a busy sports day!!..I thought it was a car show room and would have thought anyone working during the week would be car hunting at the weekend..we had a quick look around on our own and saw nothing that ticked our requirements but they did have a good selection of DEAD mice lying between the cars..She told my hubby she would ring him if anyone came in but of course she didn’t.If they’re not even interested in selling a car to you I would hate it think what their after sales are like!
