I bought a navigation upgrade for my Range Rover Evoque in January, but immediately ran into problems, as it was supplied with an incompatible upgrade code. I was assured, that this could be resolved with the original supplier (Navteq), and had a good level of initial correspondence, as the information was supposedly exchanged between the dealer and supplier. However, as soon as the 28 day purchase (return/refund) period was up, all of my correspondence has since been ignored. If this garage can do this with something as straightforward to resolve as a navigation upgrade which isn't exactly 'big bucks', then beware with what they could do, if you buy anything substantial from them and then find you have an issue.
