Well after Saxon Bridge collected the car for the repair, the issue appeared to be a thermostat valve that was faulty. Although I was disappointed that the car has needed two repair visits before even its first service I do accept that it was unlikely that it could have been prevented and it was for two separate things although the same system. The service department are very professional and listened patiently to me moaning about the inconvenience and did heavily discount the repairs which I believe speaks very highly of their integrity. Overall although the car has had two major overheating issues in less than a year, I do think that the dealership are not to blame and have repaired it fairly and professionally so overall I have given five stars.
