not to be trusted for customer after car
Everything was great with Bristol Street Nissan in Widnes until a few weeks later where I received a parking ticket for before the exchange of cars. Exasperated is an understatement, as I was basically told by Shaun (the business manager) that is it my responsibility as the car was already registered in my name and I should have told them that it was resident parking only, when there are clear visible signs all along the road. As I wasn't aware of the parking ticket in the first instance it has now doubled to £130 which I have to take out of my own pocket due to Gary's incompetence to read a parking sign. Great service when selling the car. But, any problems after, you are left to resolve them yourself. Extremely disappointed with the customer after care.
