Shocking after sales

I picked my 12 plate Astra ecotec up on Friday 31/5/19.I was driving home from work on the Monday 3/6/19 when my low power engine light came on!!!,I arrived home and rang mark from burnett cars straight away and arranged to take it to him the following day which was around 35 miles away from where I lived.The next day I set off and only made roughly half the journey and subsequently broke down on the m6 with temperature warning lights now displaying on my dash!!!!.After being stranded for well over a hour the rac man came,popped the bonnet and immediately told me and showed me that there was no water (coolant)in the car!!!,this being strange as mark had told me the car had had a full service just a day before I picked it up!!!.The rac man topped it up after speaking to mark on the phone and telling him the problem and away I went to burnett cars,where I left the car with them to check it out.A few hours later mark rang me and confirmed there was no leak and the car was in working order which I was happy about.I told mark I had lost a days wage,had the inconvenience of breaking down on the m6 and driving a good 70 mile round trip due to burnett card not sticking to what they had told me and not putting coolant in the car!!!!,I asked if I was due anything and to that he said “no we don’t compensate anyone”!!! and that we are dropping your car off tomorrow.These people are great when there selling you a car and taking £1000’s of you but once the deal is done your just a hinderance.Avoid this dealer like the plague!!!!!
