Poor after service

Purchased my car from Hartwell (Dunstable) in Dec 2018, have since had problems with it losing key synchronisation locking my disabled wife in the car until I used the manual key blade to release her plus intermittent momentary 1-2 secs engine power loss but Hartwells (Abingdon) service after checking were not prepared to investigate further as no error codes showing. Would not recommend this dealership.
