Terrible customer service and repair
This is the third occasion that I have taken my Volvo back to Clive brook every time they have either broken something or left the car in a mess. I had it in for a two front springs under warranty they suggested I needed discs and pads yes for pads but no for discs. Anyway I got the car back then the ABS and the ESC failed also the cruise control failed and it takes three attempts to switch the car off. I called them to help firstly they were really defensive and unapologetic the same attitude as every other occasion. They suggested I call breakdown recovery so that I could get another car presuming I had this policy. They sent a text staying I needed an MOT so I took it to another garage for the MOT it failed on the springs so I checked if they where under warranty which they where but the chap at Volvo asked why I was having an MOT as it was due in 4 months, it was bloody them that told me I needed it. So my car had failed the MOT it was dangerous and now I need to take it back to them to fix their problems! Also every time I get the car back there is dirt and oil on the cream leather car seats. There is never an apology or any reasoning, terrible terrible terrible! I wish I never bought the car from them.
