Sales management of great integrity

I bought a Peugeot 5008 in Dec 18 from UK Trade Vehicles, but identified an issue with the vehicle shortly after the sale. The fault was intermittent and difficult to diagnose precisely. As such Mr Carter agreed to allow the issue to evolve until diagnosis/ rectification was possible. In Apr 19 diagnosis become more clear. True to his word, Mr Carter had the fault rectified at their cost showing great integrity.
