Very poor service from the Car Store in Leicester. I pursued a car from these guys, just because they are representing a big brand " Evans Halshaw". The person dealing, Name: Cameron. I travelled all the way from Glasgow to Leicester to pick my car. Over the phone, they assured everything is perfect. No problem at all. Full AA inspected the vehicle, free Gardx etc etc. I didn't bother doing a test drive even, because I am buying from a big brand. Just visual check. Paid full amount. No finance- nothing. Later found Hand brake was bad. AA inspected & passed vehicle? They promised they will arrange repair in Glasgow. Fair enough, I trusted them. Because I had to travel back all the way to Glasgow, no time for waste. On the way back to Glasgow, I discover something wrong with Brakes. Upon arrival in Glasgow, I took the vehicle to a local garage to check. They told me, Front Brake Pads & disks are really bad. Also AC / Aircon not working. I start trying to contact with these guys / dealer from Leicester, trust me no reply from tease guys. Always someone will contact me. Finally, after around 4 weeks, I received a call from Glasgow Car Store. They only fix my car hand brake. Glasgow Branch also found Brake Pads & Disk are Bad. Air Con not working. They can not do anything unless the Leicester branch authorises them. 2 weeks gone. No result. Its been over 6 weeks now, still, I didn't receive my V5C, though I was promised, they will notify DVLA online. If online then it takes maximum 5 days to receive V5C. I spoke with DVLA, they do not have any information either. Advise me to pay £25 & send V62. Basically, they let me down. Also promoting AA passed slogan, to earn peoples trust. No way this vehicle can pass AA safety with bad Hand brakes, Brake pads & Disk, Aircon, etc. I am planning to take action, recovering my all losses.
