Nick Barnes of Edwards Automotive who runs this dealership is the best firm I have ever bought a car from. The service is absolutely superb. I bought a BMW 1-series in May 2019 and before delivery he found a minor fault which meant he had to spend over £2000 on it thus losing money on the deal we had made. Despite this, Mr Barnes made sure that he met the expense from his own pocket and made the 500 mile 9 hour round trip from Plymouth to Hertfordshire to deliver the vehicle for free.
