BMW X3 - fantastic customer service
I travelled from Liverpool to go and see a 2015 BMW X3 which, after weeks of online shopping, was a really good price compared to other models of that age and make. After a test drive, some conversation with the salesman and agreeing to part-ex my old car, I bought the car and drove it home. Two weeks later I was pretty frustrated to learn there was an engine leak. Naturally frustrated as I had just bought the car, but nevertheless, I agreed with Bridge car sales to return and for them to have a look at the problem. It transpired the car had an engine leak with a known recall issue with the EGR coolant, and I had effectively wasted a trip to Leicester and back, understandably frustrated. However, the owner, Lee Marshall, called me and explained they would cover the diesel cost, as well as the cost of the excess insurance for the courtesy car whilst my BMW was recalled by the manufacturer. I was really impressed with Lee's handling of the situation throughout, completely sympathetic and professional, offering to do all he could with what was effectively just an unfortunate situation. I would definitely recommend Bridge car sales and would buy from them again.
