Customer service is worse than the van.

April 2018 I too bought a transit van from Tallett Oliver. Faults apparent from delivery. Customer service abysmal, dealt through emails and letters.Formally rejected quoting Consumer rights act 2015 after only 20 days. One year later, after the slow process through the small claims court, I won and have received a full refund and other expenses. Same opinion as others don't buy a van from Oliver U. Tallett Ltd.
