EASY TO BUY - GREAT SERVICE

I recently purchased a lovely mini convertible after seeing the Ad on autotrader. Immediate good first impression of the garage from their website and the car detail and number of photos shared. Called on a Sunday to view car, greeted by Terry who was straight forward with letting us know the challenge with getting a test drive that day. Headed over with this knowledge to view the car and was reassured by the quality of the cars on the forecourt and the showroom. No hard sell from Terry who let us spend time with the car on our own. Concerned that we could miss out on the car, Terry advised that we could put a small deposit down that would be refunded if we were not satisfied with a test drive over the next couple of days. Tuesday we took the car for a test drive and Terry made this experience comfortable for me to take it out, with him and my Husband as passengers. We decided we wanted the car and wanted to drive it away there and then (as we were an hour drive from the garage). Terry was able to turn it around within 20 mins and we headed off satisfied customers, feeling confident in the service and any need for any after sales care. A great garage, all cars look in amazing condition, and you have the peace of mind of the RAC checks. Would absolutely recommend Pound Avenue Car Sales!!!!
