Good riddance

I had a recall on my motorhome March 2018. Platts did the warranty work involving a non conforming exhaust gas recirculation pipe. In April 2018 I broke down on the M62 due to that pipe not having been fitted correctly. It could not be repaired without being returned on a low loader to Platts. They did repair it properly this time but had involved me in a day waiting around in a motorway service station plus hotel and various other costs due to Platts original incompetence. I tried to obtain reimbursement from them and Fiat - neither even had the courtesy to reply. I had to give up. The worst garage I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with.
