Brilliantly Helpful!

We arrived at Smart of Stoke at 4.05 p.m. on the Spring Bank Holiday as Smart were closing. On their website they stated they were open until 6.30 p.m. We had spotted a car we wanted to purchase and had driven from Mid Wales to purchase it. This was disappointing. They were not willing to help us unfortunately so we drove down the road to Barlows who had also closed but were hugely welcoming and we purchased a lovely Smart car from them. Brilliant service, brilliant customer awareness and a brilliant Sales Manager. Thank you so much Barlows (and thanks for providing the umbrella too)!
