I have no complaints with this dealership in terms of customer service, they drove the car down to me on time and the car itself was great. The one significant complaint I have is they told me they would tax the car and failed to do so without telling me. I checked this after the sale as working is sales myself i am always slightly skeptical and when I found they hadn't done this I was very disappointed as this could have caused me major problems.
