Dishonest sale

Crossgates Motors sold us car literally covered in dog hair. They knew the car was coming to a family with a new born and tbh the car was generally clean but when driving it home then realising the car smelt like dogs... to a closer inspection and looking in the boot, under the mat in the boot and under the seats there was SO MUCH dog hair literally never seen anything like it in my life. There was also a car mat in the driver side only, when removing it to try clean away the dog mess it revealed big hole in the upholstery, Things shouldn’t be covered up to this extent in the event of a sale, a sale should be honest showing all positive and negatives about the car. The car has been professionally valeted by myself and I’ve even paid for somene to clean the upholstery and there is still dog hair in every nook and cranny. I feel it’s wrong for them to sell such a smelly n hairy car to a family with children and a newborn it should have gone to another pet owner or they should have been honest and said as they would have sold the car anyway. I would defo not buy from here again. Please thoroughly check the cars you buy from Crossgates Motors.
