I tend to read and value these online reviews, and generally if a company has bad ratings I will avoid them. After reading many reviews you learn to spot the fakes, and read between the lines, and hopefully end up making the right decision, before parting with your hard earned cash. I reviewed many car traders at the end of last year while looking for my ‘dream machine’ Audi R8. And after much searching, I came to find, and buy my R8 at Lakeside Cars Harlow, in November 2018. I was happy with the deal, and a very fair trade in value for my old car. They transferred my private plate onto the new car, and everything was handled with the greatest of ease. 6 months after buying my R8 I’m still extremely happy with the car, but found an issue with a leaking shock absorber, while it was being serviced. I looked into the cost of replacement, and, wow, “shock” is right, these are not cheap. Luckily I still had a week left on my RAC warranty, so I called Andy at lakeside and asked if they could help me. Andy said: “Bring the car to us, and we will have a look at it” I took the car to them. They had a look at it. And within a week the offending shock absorber was replaced with a brand new one. Free of charge, under RAC warranty. Happy days ☺ So, if you are reading these reviews, while looking for a reputable, honest, professional, used car dealer, with morals, principles and high quality vehicles, then Lakeside Cars Harlow is the place to go. ******5 Stars just isn’t enough ****** Thanks again: Andy, Mark and the team at Lakeside.
