Worse experience

Got a terrible experience which I would like to share with everyone who is planning to buy cars from TrustFord Hounslow. I bought a second hand car on 11th March 2019 with 3 months warrantee and while driving in about 25 miles I smelled burning order. Then I believed that something might be wrong but kept on driving few miles. On 25th March I called them and got appointment for 15th April to fix the problem. On that day, in the name of inspection cost, they charged me £120 which I paid. After inspection, they said that completely clutch is worn out and it should be replaced which costs me £749. But, I told them that the problem was occurred in one week time and within 25 miles drive which means they have sold me clutch worn out car and still it is within warranty period. But they kept on saying that at the time of sales it was good and they are not liable to repair it. Almost every day I was calling them and they used to that they will ask to this manager, that manager, etc. etc. and will call me back but they did not call back. If I call again they used to do same, I am quite tired as now it is over one and half month and feeling remorse to select this dealer. Currently, the complain is raised through National Trading Standard. If a clutch completely worn out in less than 100 miles, how they can get rid of their responsibility? I will keep on my journey to the court because in the name of trust they have deceived me. Please do not trust them on their words; before you buy they say that there will be no problem, it is an official dealer, everything is properly checked and fixed, and still it has warrantee etc etc but after you buy they do not want even to listen you. So, think twice before buying the second hand car from this dealer.
