No communication of our new mobilaty car

We have had a new mobilaty car from Steve thompson Lichfield and they have not rang us to say our car is not there my wife had to phone and we are not happy with the service we have got this time we have been with them 6 years now with our mobilaty cars and I find it very annoying they did not even give us a phone call to say it will be late
