Rude, ignorant, arrogant

Would have scored Bristol Street Derby 0 stars if possible. Was kept waiting for over half an hour without being acknowledged, was spoken to rudely, staff was rude to other customers as well as we witnessed, and we got 'told off' for not making an appointment beforehand - even though this was not advertised on the website. AVOID!!!
