Stay away really

Shame that I can’t give them less than one star review. Prenton Motor Co were absolutely rubbish, every single step was ridiculous and I wish that I never know abou these “dealership” ever ....I’ve bought the car worth almost £6000 (Ford Focus new shape) and was piece of rubbish!! Constantly problems silence day one, no warranty even if you back to them on following day after purchase(but they promise three months guarantee) and always excuses for repair the parts.. The car was repainted because they want to cover the damages before sale and I never know about this, also engine problems (the engine went off every single journey) for no reason and many many more problems.. I’m so happy I haven’t got that car anymore but I want to you know that your money savings is worth more than customers service at “Prenton Motor” sssitth company.. go somewhere else.. and spend your money for better cars!
