From the moment I first telephoned Usk Way Car Sales they were helpful, honest courteous and fair in their dealings. We left a small deposit to secure the car as we couldn't get to the site until the end of the week. When we arrived the car was exactly as described. Steve was friendly and personable but was not at all pushy, we felt under no pressure to buy and under no obligation despite the fact that we had reserved the car for nearly a week. the price was very reasonable. and the process of the purchase was simple and straightforward. at no time did Steve try to push up the price or try to hard sell other products or services. The car was for my 75 year old mother and he made her feel relaxed and comfortable even arranging the tax for her online. We came away wit a very positive feeling from the whole experience. The company are honest straightforward and friendly without the hard sell. they are to be highly recommended.
