Messed about will not be returning.

Booked a test drive of a vehicle that was for sale on auto trader Lady on the phone was very helpful gave me my trade in price and gave me a time to take the test drive at the West Bromwich branch, So i headed over from wolverhampton in the rush hour traffic to make the appointment. get there with my partner and son who where excited to see the Vehicle to find out they had not even got the car there. its a lone vehicle i was told. I was absolutely Livid id been and booked an appointment and traveled to view it for absolutely nothing. got told there was a voicemail left showed the sales man my phone no voicemail left and still no voicemail. Have to say the reception area looks more like a childs play center than a car sales garage of any class, staff are shabbily dressed just came off very cheap and nasty needless to say i wont be going back so glad i never left a deposit on the car as the Lady on the phone kept asking for. As they didn't even have the car.
