Great service

Was looking for an estate and stumbled over a lovely looking bmw on auto trader. Looked at the garage and it was burnage motors. Luckily it was only a 2 hour drive for me. I contacted Jim on the Tuesday evening asking if we could view it on the Wednesday. This was no problem. Arrived at the garage and was greeted Jez. He quickly got the keys for us to have a look around and took us for a test drive. When we arrived back we met Jim. We spoke about the bmw and negotiated a price for our car as a part ex. He gave us a very good price for it. We decided to buy the car and left a deposit. We arranged to sort our own finance out and decided to pick it up on the following Wednesday. Long story short by Tuesday our finance company let us down. Phoned Jim and he sorted it all out getting us a cheaper finance package. Picked the car up on the Thursday. Car was clean when we arrived. Sorted all the paper work (both of the lads made sure we understood everything) after a long week of waiting for the car we got to drive it away with a full 12months mot and a fresh service. My god I love the car. 100% recommend the guys down at burnage motors P.s don't listen to the negative feedback on this because its simply isn't true
