Great car - misled over 4 yr service!

Purchased a 2015 991.1 GTS in Jan 2019 from salesperson AR at Porsche Leicester and was assured the car was fully serviced and would not incur such costs for 2 years or 20000 miles. In May 2019 the 4 year service indication came on! When questioned about this oversight/ misinformation the salesperson said that there was nothing Sytner were prepared to do and that I would have to pay 100% of the service costs - even though I had been assured no costs would be impending at the point of purchase. I didn’t mind paying the large proportion of the costs but was left feeling disappointed by Sytner’s reaction. I will now deal with JCT 600 and hope for better service through their Sheffield OPC.
