Brilliant customer service

I was looking for a used car with a very limited budget. Sales Consultant at Johnsons Wirral Toyota, Graham Davies was excellent. He listened very carefully to my requirements and situation, going the extra mile to look for a suitable vehicle. Throughout he was friendly and professional. In the end I bought a vehicle from another dealer, but only because I went for a Mazda. I was actually disappointed that I couldn't give the business to Graham. I could not recommend him highly enough, and I would definitely return next time.
