WHAT YOU'D EXPECT FROM A USED CAR DEALER

Searched for the car I wanted and found one at Auto Wheels Bournemouth. As I live on the Isle of Wight, its always a gamble dealing with a trader that's not straight forward to just go and view a car at leisure. Contacted Auto Wheels and spoke to Rob (out of normal working hours and was expecting to leave a voice message). It came to light that Rob is the owner. Immediately I felt at ease when questioning him on the details of the car. Therefore I felt under no pressure to leave a deposit on the car which Rob stated was refundable should I not be happy after inspection. Rob offered to pick me up off the ferry which I need to get to get off the Isle of Wight and drive me to his showroom at 7.30am on a Saturday, and drive me back should I not buy the car. At this point I thought that this all sounds a bit too good to be true. I was met off the ferry and taken to the garage. After inspecting the car (which was actually better than expected), I was happy to purchase the car with an extended warranty. In all, the whole experience from the initial phone call to driving the car home was a pleasant experience and one which you would hope to get from a used car dealer. Therefore I can not speak highly enough about the complete experience from Rob and Auto Wheels and would not hesitate to recommend them. Ian Isle of Wight
