Customer service with offers of fights!

I'm going to be perfectly clear here - I'm posting this review everywhere I can so expect to see it, that doesn't mean it's not genuine. Equally (and they did promised they would use this as leverage to remove reviews) I never actually managed to buy a vehicle. Apparently you can't review service until you actually purchase a car from them. Here we are thought! F1 Motors operates under a number of names. Current favourites seem to be F1 Motors and FM Motors. Previous names include BTS Motors. Don't be fooled, they are all the same company (nothing says good business like multiple names over a 4 year span does it!). These are of course just trade names. The company operates under "Auto Car Sales LTD" and is registered under company number - 10898069 - though it should be pointed out it is of course a dissolved company at this time (dissolved as of 18/09/2018). Right so that's the company details - now I'm going to explain about how Mr Saeed and his cronies treat customers. And let's be clear upfront, Mr S is going to claim I threatened his staff. He's going to claim I threatened him. He's going to use it as an attempt to remove my review, likely alongside using his company name, number and his personal name - jokes on him though because that's all public info. And in fairness, I did say the words "great, I can kick your bum on video". But in reality, that was in reply to the gentleman who was dealing with us (not Mr S, A cronie in a dodge lookin Prius) saying, and I quote: "Do you want to fight" Yes, genuinely. He offered multiple times weirdly enough, me being me met them with a "sure". Hence the Mr S threatnin' me staff story and the CCTV story. I felt it was an amusing reply personally. On leaving he specifically offered to meet for a fight with people he knew, at 1030am on 2/05/19. I replied I have a day job, he replied "5:30 then tomorrow". I clarified "17:30". Who said romance is dead? I'm obviously not going to go… Sorry man! All of this came after this very rude gentleman arrived, 25 minutes late, only to tell us the car we had very specifically requested to view both over the phone and in writing, had been sold. He didn't give one that he was late. Some people are just rude, that's life I suppose. And again, a business has to make money, cars sell. But they don't accidentally sell days before you hold a viewing despite leading the customer along! He pretend we had asked to see another car. He didn't give a dam at all, he acted as if it was entirely our fault. Said we never told them which car. Again, that in itself is annoying but many things in life are. Apologies, and I probably would have slapped 3k on your desk there and then for another car you had. Instead we got aggression and sexism towards my girlfriend from the outset. The level of “Taking the Michael” we are talking about here is summed up by this - the guy genuinely sarcastically offered to pay me for my wasted time. Yes. He didn't like my hourly rate though :( Ontop of being told the car had MOT, when it didn't. By the way. Oh and a spec it doesn’t, guess you just hope lost don't notice. Oh and Mr S went on a solid 3 minute rant down the phone when I phoned to express concern regarding his staff members approach to business. Nice bloke! Make what you will of F1 Motors & FM Car Sales…
