Poor Customer Service.

Robert Eardley Skoda were very good when it came to purchasing a new car. Problems began with the 'aftercare'. Simply doesn't appear to be any! Problems with car purchased in November 2018. New instrument dash fitted under warranty. Problem; ignition key lost by the technician. 26th April 2019 - still no key! Why? Buy a Skoda from anywhere other than Robert Eardley Skoda; you have been warned.
