Appauling Customer service

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Go Vauxhall Beckenham If you complain they do nothing. They do not know how to provide good customer service. Purchased a Zafira they have failed to sort out the admin issues with my old car part exchanged threatening letters from DVLA and MIB unable to log on to My Vauxhall and Onstar, Eventually I sorted out the On Star issue My new car they failed to pay the DART charge and have been incapable ofg getting the car into my name.
