Volvo v 40 march 2019

I bought a volvo v 40 from Steve Lane Cars a few weeks ago ... within days it was making a noise from the wheel arch and a couple of days later the engine light came on ... it broke down in the middle of a busy road ... anyway he told me to get it fixed but id only had it 9 days so want it returned... Now im in a dispute with this place over getting my old car back as hes had work done on it ?? I have no car .. it wont start! Mobile mechanic said he dosent want to touch it .. And im so fed up .... AVOID THIS PLACE .... I have been driving 30 years and never experienced anything like this ..... Easter weekend and im stuck at home with no car !
