Absolutely terrible organisation

Having spent £5650 ,the bmw we purchased from Class Motors had incorrect service book, lacked full service history which we found out after 48 hours. Despite AA Cars telling him to refund,he was foul abusive and would not. Drive shaft went on way to have independent examination. All in 7 days and 200 miles. AA removed his accreditation and I took court action. Although he agreed to refund, he could not afford and split payments over 5 months. The whole stressful event took 18 months but Please do not let these liars and cheats get the better of you. Take them to court if you believe in your issue. All comments can be proved as I still have all relevant paperwork. Also don’t be convinced by the mot they have done.
