Appalling after sales.

We purchased a seat Arona from Lookers Seat in Manchester in March 2019. On purchase I requested a service log book and confirmation whether the rear seat belt recall had been done or still required fixing. 6 weeks of phone calls with excuses of being ‘ out of office’, Documentation in the post. I’ll get the salesman to ring you etc etc and we still haven’t had the matter dealt with. I suggest you go elsewhere if you appreciate any after sales care.
