Fully happy until a dispute over a fault

Fully happy until a dispute over a serious fault, just outside of warranty. The fault seemed to be pre-existing resulting in us processing a moneyclaim (small claims court) claim, which was subsequently not defended (default win). Settled once a County Court Bailiff attended to collect payment, in-which payment was made in full.
