False advertising and terrible service

Test drove and bought a car from here and was told that the service book wasn't in the showroom at the time and that I could pick it up in a few days. I went down and there was no service book there. I rang and was told that it would be in the post that week. 2 weeks went by and still nothing, I rang and was told it would be posted again, and nothing. When I rang up the dealer and said that it's now becoming a joke he got irate and told me to come pick it up. Which I had already been down and still no show. He then said he would send it again that week. Again nothing. I went visited the showroom again, and the guy there said he couldn't get hold of the boss nor find the service book. This has been going on now for 3 months with no sign of any service history though the car was sold to me with FULL SERVICE HISTORY, as per the add. Absolute Joke and no customer service.
