Purchased a vehicle from here through Brad. Worst mistake, spent almost £10k Had problems straight away, whining noise from engine, was told if it's covered by warranty it's covered, if not then tough luck. No sympathy. Supposed to be sending me a front fog grille and 6 weeks later I'm still waiting, I've called twice a week and always told its on the way I'll send you a tracking number, I never received anything. They've even used the excuse we didn't have your address even though they had it when I brought the car and I've txt'd it to Brad on his request twice!! Coincidently he never received either!! I called them yesterday and expressed my anger at their after sales service and was told 'oh it's a tough life, you'll get your grille, don't call us again' then the phone was put down on me. Even Chris the 'gaffer' and also a director of this company had the same attitude and told me to come down to his showroom and he'd 'give me what for'. Honestly, avoid this place otherwise you'll regret it!!
