Poor customer service
I reserved a car to buy this morning at 08:15 which was confirmed by email. Travelled to the dealership in Ipswich to find it had been sold first thing today. No call from them to save my journey and no apology. What’s the point of reserving a vehicle if it can still be sold in the meantime. The reservation process on their website is a waste of time as they will still sell the vehicle to any potential customer even if you have reserved the car to buy. Beware of this, I see it has happened to a number of other customers. Poor, inexperienced staff that don’t care about customer service. Avoid this company and buy elsewhere as I have done.
