Disappointed

Initially very friendly and helpful and went for test drive.i was also kept well informed.i phoned the store the day before and advised I would be travelling to see the vehicle and discuss a deal .This message did not get passed to the salesperson I was dealing with.Having travelled 2 hours I was informed the car I had travelled to see had been sold the day before therefore not happy!
