We bought an Audi A3 for our daughter about a month ago, she absolutely loves it. Even though she has had a couple of minor problems with it, Phil and crew have been amazing. Every call, (which there have not been many) they have been prompt to attend to any enquiry or concerns immediately, in fact I feel that Phil has gone above and beyond to be ensure that our daughters happiness and (more importantly) safety were an upmost priority. I feel so angry that others, who have simply changed their minds, or obviously have no idea how business works, feels it is okay to ruin small, professional and genuine businesses.
