I purchased a vehicle from Elite Prestige in Hoddesdon. When I went to collect it they hadn't completed a few small jobs they were supposed to have done. Wheel refurbishment, clean headlining etc. As if travelled 60 miles and already put a deposit down when I first viewed, they knew I wasn't going to walk away. They agreed to forward me a front fog surround in the post, it took 2 weeks of chasing them for this to happen. When it arrived it was a cheap Chinese copy and did not fit. I have now had the vehicle for 6+ weeks and every time I call and ask what's happening I'm told it's on it's way to me, I'll text you a tracking number. I've never received a tracking number and they fob me off every time. The after service provided from this company is shocking. Take your business and buy a car elsewhere.
