Avoid Parkgate Auto Solutions. Had a terrible customer experience and so walked away from buying the car. Owner/saleman David seemed annoyed we wanted to look at and test drive a car. Biggest mistake I made was actually liking the car and going back. Within 3 days the car had issues which in fairness he agreed to fix, or at least said he would. More issues appeared and he got his mechanic to look at the car again. Still not fixed so it was booked in again. The fault was now dangerous, putting the car into limp mode and automatically slowing it down, not a pleasant experience on the motorway. Explained we wanted to return the car, as we were legally allowed to do. Argued that he wouldn't be doing it and then stopped accepting calls. New car has now been sitting in the drive for over 6 weeks as its not worth risking driving it. Looks like it's going to be a fight for a solicitor now.
