The customer service from the Johnsons Tamworth VW branch is shocking and not one of them have the business acumen to actually make a sale with a loyal customer! I will be coming out of contract with VW and its such a shame as I absolutely love my car but the service is horrendous! They lie to you to get you in the showroom then can't back anything up, Sarah Mason and her team seem powerless but can't give me a valid explanation for their decisions when it makes no business sense at all, when I asked for the area managers name I was told I couldn't have it... wonder why!
