Misleading company

I was looking for a Lexus nx premier saw one advertised on auto trader and the Sidcup Lexus travelled to lexus Sidcup at 9.00 on a Sunday morning meet with two sales persons when I asked about the car they said it had none of the equipment I wanted it was advertised with full pan roof, mark levinson radio it had none of these then I spotted another nx nice car said I was interested they did not offer a test I had driven one before so wasn’t to worried. So purchased the car when got the car home found in the glove compartment the car had been in a accident I found the repair report and when looked more closely the repair was not that good They offered to repair the car but I felt if I spent over £30,000 on a car I did not want it to go straight into the repair shop.they did not tell me this had been in a front end accident disgusting Asked them to buy the car back which they finally agreed to do . In the mean time they did not offer a courtesy car for me to go and find another car Found one Lexus Gatwick great experience they offered me a car until Sidcup return my deposit it took them over a week to return my deposit And a further 4 weeks to return my car tax refund they are awful To add insult to injury when I phoned DVLA to see were my car tax refund was they said the V5 was still in Lexus Sidcup names so they didn’t even send the V5 off to DVLA if you are looking for a Lexus do not use Sidcup they are a joke.
