Damage to vehicle during a recall visit

Booked our car in at Cooper BMW in Thames Ditton for two recalls to be done. They picked the car up at about 11am after a few chase up phone calls. Was expected to be delivered back that evening, the car did not materialise and there was no call to say that it would not be dropped back. My wife chased with 5 phone calls the next day and was got back to at 2pm finally to say it would be back in 1 hour. When the car was delivered back I had a quick look in the boot and also at the dash. Black fingerprints all over the dash and beige leather seats. the guy delivering said that I would have to complain to the office. I looked at the car further after they had left and found the rear bumper had a crease on top of it and three wheels were kerbed. I have complained to aftersales manager Simon Dyer a week ago with no response as yet. I have tried calling and emailing. Nothing, just deafening radio silence
