Derek Merson is the worst garage I have ever had the miss pleasure of dealing with brought a golf 17 months ago from them and it went wrong in week one and it’s been back in around 12 times with the same fault derek himself promised the world at the time and said we will sort it and will fix it said that it’s had various parts fitted each time it’s been back, but strangely no paper work produced. every time I get the car back it lasts a couple of weeks and then goes again after all this time I finally took the car to have a detailed report done and guess what no replacement parts fitted relating to the fault just a clean and clear of the diagnostics each time!!! Avoid this garage like the plague they are not moral people just con artists selling dodgy dangerous motors!!!
